These Terms govern access to Mentavita website, user dashboard, mobile app, and related features. By using the service, you agree to the current version of these Terms. This is an English translation provided for convenience; the Russian version prevails.
You agree to use the service lawfully and in good faith. Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, stop using Mentavita.
Mentavita is a digital SaaS product for emotional support and self-reflection via web and mobile experiences, and a platform to find a psychologist and hold a consultation. Features may include an AI chat with memory, a journal with voice notes, mood tracking and calendar, patterns, a mind map and weekly reports, self-help techniques, meditations and micro-experiments, a conversation trainer, a psychologist catalog with video and audio calls, and a community Q&A. Features may change, and availability depends on your plan.
Mentavita does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or psychotherapy services. AI responses, reports, and insights are not a diagnosis or a doctor's recommendation and do not replace seeing a doctor.
The service is not intended for crisis intervention or emergency mental-health care. If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself or others, or your life is in danger, contact emergency services immediately.
AI-generated responses are probabilistic and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should apply personal judgment and seek professional help when needed. The AI remembers important facts from past conversations; you can ask it to forget a fact or delete memory items. If a conversation shows signs of crisis, the service displays emergency contacts.
The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. You are responsible for account security and activities under your credentials. Provide accurate information, keep one account per person, and do not share access with others.
Mentavita provides the tools: catalog, booking, messaging, calls, and supporting tools. The psychologist conducts the consultation independently and is responsible for its content, methods, professional ethics, and confidentiality. We verify psychologists' education and qualification documents before listing, which does not guarantee any outcome. Price, duration, payment, rescheduling, and cancellation terms are shown when booking.
A text transcript is created only if that option is enabled for the consultation; we do not record audio or video of consultations. Bilateral stimulation (BLS) is available only during a consultation with a psychologist whose training has been verified, after the client reads the warning and contraindications and gives consent. The client can stop it at any time.
You keep the rights to your content and grant Mentavita the right to process it as needed to run the service, generate AI responses, analyze patterns, improve the product, and comply with the law. Community posts are visible to other users and psychologists; a psychologist's answer in the community is general information, not a consultation. Posts are moderated under these Terms and the community rules.
Mentavita offers a free plan and paid PRO and PRO+ plans; features, limits, and prices are shown before payment. Payments are processed by a payment provider on the website and by the app store in the mobile app. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; after cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the paid period. A trial, if offered, lasts for the period shown when it starts; a trial without a linked card ends by switching to the free plan with no charge. Refunds follow the rules of the payment system or app store and applicable consumer law; for website subscriptions, contact support@mentavita.ru.
The service, its code, design, content, and trademarks belong to Mentavita or are used lawfully. You get a non-exclusive right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes within your plan.
The service is provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation to the maximum extent permitted by law. Mentavita is not responsible for the content of consultations or community posts but acts on violations as described in section 13. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
We review compliance with these Terms and the community rules based on user reports and on our own initiative, for both clients and psychologists. Depending on the severity and recurrence of a violation, we may remove content, issue a warning, suspend the account temporarily (typically for 1, 7 or 30 days, or until a specified date), or suspend it permanently for serious or repeated violations, fraud, threats to life or health, or unlawful conduct.
While an account is suspended, sign-in on the website and in the app is unavailable. A suspended psychologist's profile is hidden from the catalog and new requests and bookings are not accepted. We notify you of a suspension by email and in-app notification, stating the reason and duration. When a temporary suspension ends, access is restored automatically and you are notified.
Data of a suspended account is not deleted and is retained under our Privacy Policy. During a suspension you can contact support, request a copy of your data, or request account deletion. To appeal, email support@mentavita.ru from the account's email address; we will review the appeal and lift the suspension if it was applied in error.
You can stop using the service at any time by deleting your account in profile settings; you can export your data first. Deleting the account does not cancel an app store subscription — cancel it in the store. We may terminate accounts for systematic violations or abuse.
We may update these Terms. The new version is published on the website with its date; we notify users of material changes in advance in the service or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation unless mandatory rules provide otherwise. Please send any claim to support@mentavita.ru first; we respond within 30 days.
